Return Policy

All sales final

Due to our location at 10 W Nifong Blvd. in Columbia, MO closing, all sales online and in store will be final. No returns. We will no longer accept returns or make exchanges on any purchases after July 1, 2017.

We MIGHT be able to facilitate an exchange or return if you have a proof of purchase before July 1, 2017 and it is still within 30 days of the purchase date.

If your exchange item is …

  1. New/Unworn: Return new, unworn items with tags attached for an exchange at the current selling price.
  2. Used/Worn: At the discretion of the associate, you may be able to return slightly used or worn items for an exchange at the current selling price.

By mail*: You will enjoy free return shipping in the continental U.S. We do not ship outside the continental U.S., therefore we won’t process returns outside of the continental U.S. If you are ready to return an item, contact a customer relations team member via email info@archesfootwear.com or at 573-442-0711 (M – F 10AM – 5PM CT). We are happy to walk you through the return process.

*Due to our Columbia, Missouri store closing, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: An excessive number of used returns within a 12 month period may limit your eligibility.

Shipping Your Return

To receive your free return shipping label, contact our customer relations team via email info@archesfootwear.com or at 573-442-0711 (M – F 10AM – 5PM CT). Please affix the shipping label clearly on the outside of the return package to ensure delivery.

Ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed.

Return Packaging

Please do not use the return item’s shoe box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
